No cash or other prize substitution will be allowed, except at the discretion of Portraits by Marcelo Valente. Prize cannot be used for frames. Prize is not transferable. No substitution of prize or transfer/attribution of prize to other persons or the request of a cash equivalent by the Winner is permitted. Frames are not included in the prize. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Portraits by Marcelo Valente to use the Winner's name, image and entry for advertising and commerce purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 6. Chances: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 7. Selection and Notification of Winner: The winner will be selected under the supervision of Portraits by Marcelo Valente. Loss of prize due to lack of scheduling. Not all winners withdraw their prizes by scheduling their sessions and we understand that it may be something that is not of interest even if you won.
