No substitution of prize or transfer/attribution of prize to other persons or the request of a cash equivalent by the Winner is permitted. Frames are not included in the prize. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Portraits by Marcelo Valente to use the Winner's name, image and entry for advertising and commerce purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. 6. Chances: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 7. Selection and Notification of Winner: The winner will be selected under the supervision of Portraits by Marcelo Valente. Política de agendamento e cancelamento Nós somos um estúdio de retratos de alto padrão e alta procura, portanto, limitamos o número de agendamentos que aceitamos com base em nossa capacidade de criar obras de arte maravilhosas para nossos clientes. Ao agendar uma sessão, todos os clientes concordam com os seguintes termos e políticas. Reservamos nosso estúdio e tempo por três horas para cada sessão, daí a necessidade de solicitar um depósito totalmente reembolsável de R$ 250 para garantir que estejamos agendando clientes comprometidos em criar um legado para suas famílias. O depósito é totalmente reembolsado no dia da sua sessão, desde que você compareça no horário agendado. No caso de não comparecimento ou se você chegar mais de 20 minutos atrasado para sua sessão, o reembolso do depósito poderá ser perdido. As sessões reagendadas devem ocorrer dentro de 45 dias do agendamento inicial. Reagendamentos devem ser realizados por telefone O cliente tem permissão para remarcar sua sessão APENAS UMA vez, desde que recebamos pelo menos 7 dias de antecedência para solicitar o reagendamento. Reagendamentos adicionais e cancelamentos exigirão um depósito adicional.
