by nature  singular of your picture, we cannot accept returns and refunds of any kind.

Our goal is to offer a product you will love with wonderful artwork to exceed our customers' expectations, so we offer reviews by our artist on any commissioned portrait should you feel the need.

​ If you are still unhappy we may offer Studio Credit to be used on another portrait from your most recent Portrait Session or for a new Portrait Session in the future.
